The conversation around AI has shifted. The question is no longer whether we should adopt AI. It’s why our AI investments haven’t delivered yet, and what do we do about it?
On Tuesday 26th May, Synapx is hosting a private, invite-only executive day at Microsoft HQ, 2 Kingdom Street, London, bringing together Microsoft AI experts, Microsoft MVPs, Synapx directors, and a carefully selected group of senior business and technology leaders for a day built around one goal: turning AI potential into measurable performance.
Here’s a full look at what the day holds.
The Day at a Glance
9:30 am: Arrivals, Breakfast & Hosted Introductions
The day begins with breakfast and the opportunity to meet fellow attendees before the sessions kick off. These early conversations are often some of the most valuable of the day, you’ll be in a room with peers navigating the same challenges, and we’ve designed the environment to make those connections easy.

Morning Sessions
10:00 am: Setting the Stage, Welcome from Synapx
We open with a short scene-setter from Synapx, framing the day’s agenda and establishing a shared baseline. Expect a live Slidio poll asking attendees where they currently stand.
10:15 am – KEYNOTE: The 2026 ROI Audit, Beyond AI Theatre Microsoft Keynote / Apay Obang-Oyway, Microsoft
The centrepiece of the morning is a frontier transformation keynote from Microsoft on the shift from pilots and Copilots to truly agentic systems, and what it actually takes to deliver measurable impact in 2026 and beyond. This isn’t a vision piece. It’s a strategic audit of where organisations stand today and what separates those generating real returns from those still stuck in experimentation.
10:50 am – From Readiness to Reality: Zero to 100, Your AI Roadmap Synapx / IWANTMORE.AI
Following the keynote, Craig Bird delivers a practical blueprint for moving from experimentation to governed, autonomous AI workflows. Drawing on the Synapx Delivery Framework and the IWANTMORE.AI methodology, this session covers use case identification, security architecture, and governance, everything you need to move from “we have a pilot” to “we have a working system.”
11:35 am: Morning Break

11:50 am: The Tools Behind the Agentic Workforce Synapx
This session focuses on Microsoft’s strategic toolset for empowering employees to automate business processes, designed for both business leaders and end users. If you’ve been wondering what “agentic AI” actually looks like in a day-to-day business context, this session makes it tangible.
12:25 pm – LIVE: Develop an App in 30 Minutes, Solve a Business Problem Synapx Workshop
One of the most anticipated sessions of the day: a live, end-to-end agent build in 30 minutes. Jake will take a real business problem and build a working solution on stage, no pre-recorded demos, no polished slideshows. This is designed for developers and business strategists who want to see what’s genuinely possible, right now.
Afternoon Sessions

12:55 pm: Lunch, Peer Networking & Business Speed Networking
A structured lunch break with time to connect with speakers and peers. We’ve built in a “speed networking” format to help you have more of the right conversations, whether you’re looking for shared experience, partnership opportunities, or simply a sounding board.
1:55 pm: The Data Imperative: What AI Needs First Microsoft
AI is only as good as the data that feeds it. This session from Microsoft covers the evolution of the Data Platform and the future of conversational interaction with your data using Microsoft Fabric – a critical foundation for any organisation serious about operationalising AI at scale.
2:30 pm: CASE STUDY: Midwich Customer Case Study
One of the most grounding sessions of the day. A named customer takes the stage to share the real story, including failures, lessons learned, and how they recovered ROI. Synapx will walk through how they supported Midwich from initial roadmap through to delivery, giving attendees a concrete reference point for their own journeys.
3:05 pm: Afternoon Break

3:20 pm: Around the Fire: Honest Conversations on AI’s Future Joint Panel
A fireside chat format bringing the full speaker faculty together for an open, honest conversation on training, development, governance, and where AI is actually heading. This is your opportunity to put direct questions to the people shaping AI strategy across Microsoft and Synapx, no marketing, no spin.
3:55 pm: Microsoft Funding, Data Assessment & Your Next Steps Close
The day closes with a practical session on Microsoft incentives, co-funding options, and how to offset the cost of AI adoption. Attendees will leave with clarity on resources available to them, next steps, and a framework for prioritising the 90 days ahead.
Every attendee receives access to a complimentary Data & AI Assessment, a structured tool to help you identify where to focus, what to fund, and what to stop.
4:15 pm onwards: Evening Networking & Drinks
The formal programme closes at 4:15pm, but the day continues. Join speakers and fellow attendees for evening drinks, an informal setting to continue conversations, build relationships, and reflect on the day.
Who Should Attend?
This event is designed for C-suite and senior leaders – CEOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation, at organisations that have already begun their AI journey and are now focused on making it perform.
If you’re still in the early awareness stage, this probably isn’t the right room yet. But if your organisation has invested in AI and needs to move from experimentation to execution, this day has been built for you.

Places are limited to keep the experience senior, focused, and genuinely interactive.
If you’d like to attend, register here or reach out to the Synapx team directly.
We look forward to seeing you on the 26th.
